Here are some answers to a few common questions about my content photography. If you have any questions that aren't answered below please feel free to use the Contact page in the main menu to write me a question!


Are you the creator and photographer of all content listed on this site?

Yes, all content published on this site has been developed, tested and photographed by me personally. I also personally write all recipes and instructions.


What is included in each purchase?

For recipes, I include a written recipe and ingredients list, 1 ingredient photo as well as in-process photos - all shared between buyers. Each buyer also receives 5 or more exclusive hero images (both vertical and horizontal options included). For crafts and printables, I include a materials list, written directions, 1 materials/ingredients photo and in-process photos - all shared between buyers. Each buyer also receives 5 or more exclusive hero images (both vertical and horizontal options included).


Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of this product, I do not offer refunds. However, please contact me if you have a question or issue with the content you purchased. 


What about copyrights? 

After you purchase this content, you have the right to use these photos as you choose. I may use some of these photos in my portfolio; however, I will not resell any images that are purchased from me.


Once I make a purchase, how long before I will receive the content?

Once you make a purchase from my shop you will receive the content to your inbox immediately. This will normally either be in the form of a zip file containing all of the relevant pictures and files or a word document containing a link to the online folder containing all of the files which you can then download.


Is the content on this site exclusive, semi-exclusive or PLR?

Most of the content I sell is semi-exclusive, meaning I sell to not more than 6 bloggers. However all the details of each product is contained within the description of the product and it will specify if the content is exclusive, semi-exclusive or PLR.

 

Once I make a purchase, how long do I have to download the content?

I store content for two weeks after it's been purchased. After this time I delete all purchased files from my database, so please download any content you've purchased from me within two weeks.
